How do I repair an anchored toilet paper holder?

Got a fancy brass toilet paper holder that has been anchored into the drywall. Nowits loosened and how can I repair that? Of course, the threaded end of the screw is facing out!

Good chance that there is a wall bracket that the screw is protruding from. It is probably held to the decorative part of the paper holder with a small set screw that will take either an allen wrench or a small slotted screwdriver to loosen. Look for a small hole on the underside of the paper holder. When it is apart, you will be reattaching the wall bracket at the same spot as the old one. You may need to do a bit of wall repair, or maybe not. You will typically fasten the wall bracket with a screw and anchor, which could be a moly, a toggle, a self-drilling screw anchor (my favorite) or some other appropriate drywall anchor.
